Before we work together.

Do you work with businesses in Miami?

Yes. Studio Eight is based in Miami, and like every client, Miami businesses work with us online. Calls, shared previews and written feedback keep the project moving without a meeting room.

You see a working website early and shape it as it is built.

Can the site show up in Miami searches?

If your business serves Miami, the pages name your real services and the areas you cover, written the way people search. We set up the technical basics, titles and structured data so search engines and AI answer engines can read the site.

We do not promise rankings. Search results depend on competition, your content and time, so we agree on what to measure before the work starts.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Studio Eight is based in Miami and works entirely online. We use calls, shared previews and written feedback, so you can review the product wherever your business is based.

We agree on the decision-makers, communication rhythm and review points up front. You work directly with the people responsible for the design and build.

Why hire a studio instead of using a builder?

A builder can get a page online. Our job is to work out what that page needs to accomplish, then make the whole experience work: the positioning, copy, design, mobile layout, inquiry flow and connections behind it.

You review a working product with the team building it. We handle the details that usually get left for later, including launch, handover and a plan for improvements.

What goes into the price of a website?

The price follows the work: page count, copy, photography, booking or quote flows, and any connections to your existing tools. We agree on the deliverables, timeline and revision rounds before starting. A deposit starts the work and the balance is due before launch.

Hosting and software subscriptions are explained separately. Support after launch is scoped and quoted when you need it. If your budget needs a smaller first release, we identify what matters now and what can wait.

Do we need to provide all the copy?

You provide the facts only your business knows: what you sell, who you serve, how the work happens and what customers ask. We can turn that into page copy and a clear structure as part of the scope.

We use photos and claims you approve. If new photography or content production is needed, we identify that early so it does not hold up the launch.

Can we keep our domain and existing traffic?

Yes, you can keep your domain. Before launch, we map important pages, plan redirects and check forms, analytics and the connections your team relies on. We also agree on content and data that need to move.

Search positions can change after a migration. The aim is a controlled launch that preserves useful content and gives us a clear way to catch issues afterward.

How do you approach SEO?

We start with what customers search for and which services you want to sell. Then we work on crawlable pages, useful service content, titles, internal links, mobile performance and accurate business information. Location pages need real local detail, not just a different town name.

Ongoing SEO adds research, content and improvements based on search and inquiry data. We agree which foundations belong in the build and which work is scoped and quoted as a later round.

Can you help us appear in AI searches?

GEO means improving how clearly AI search tools can find, understand and reference your business. We focus on accessible content, direct answers, consistent business details and structured data that matches the page.

We build on sound SEO rather than promising a special shortcut. Google, ChatGPT and other platforms choose their own sources. A citation or ranking cannot be guaranteed, but we can improve the material they have to work with.

How do you help increase leads over time?

We look at the whole path: how someone finds you, what convinces them, whether they complete the inquiry, and how your team follows up. That gives us a practical list of improvements, from stronger service pages to shorter forms and better routing.

When you bring us back for growth work, we agree on tracking and review lead quality with you. The next round of work follows that evidence, rather than publishing more pages just to fill a report.

Will I own the product and accounts?

Ownership and handover are written into your agreement, including the custom code, design files and documentation covered by the project. We plan domain, hosting and developer accounts around your ownership and access.

Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. We explain those dependencies and ongoing costs, so you know what you control and what you are subscribing to.
