What we design and build.

You have the idea. Every quote you get describes a different thing.

Scope and quote on one call.

Shift Rentals website

What you get.

Websites that get the call.

Custom design, your words, every page ending in a call or a quote.

Apps on the App Store.

We design it, build it, and take it through review with you.

Marketplaces with two sides.

Listings, bookings, payments, and an admin you actually open.

One team the whole way.

The people who draw it are the people who build it.

How it goes.

  1. Get the plan right.

We agree on the scope, timeline and price before the build starts.

  2. Make it real.

Review a working version. Try it, talk it through and shape the details.

  3. Launch with a next step.

Ship the product. Keep us involved for updates and care as it grows.

Send the details.

Tell us what you are building. We come back with scope and a number.

What fields have you worked in?

Our work spans real estate, luxury rentals and travel, home services, nutrition, and journaling. That includes customer-facing websites, booking marketplaces, mobile apps, and the tools behind them.

We bring that experience into your project, then learn your sales process, customers and constraints. The result should fit your business, right down to what happens after someone gets in touch.

Why hire a studio instead of using a builder?

A builder can get a page online. Our job is to work out what that page needs to accomplish, then make the whole experience work: the positioning, copy, design, mobile layout, inquiry flow and connections behind it.

You review a working product with the team building it. We handle the details that usually get left for later, including launch, handover and a plan for improvements.

Do we need a website, an app, or both?

We start with how customers will use it. A website is often the easiest way to reach new people. An app can make sense for repeat use, saved accounts, notifications or device features.

You do not need to launch every version at once. We can define the first useful product, test it with real users and expand from there.

How is a custom build priced?

We price the work around the users, workflows, data and integrations involved. We first define the version that will be useful to your business, then agree on deliverables, milestones and review rounds.

The proposal separates build costs from hosting, software subscriptions and ongoing support. Larger ideas can become later phases, so you can make a deliberate investment instead of funding every possible feature upfront.

How involved do I need to be?

You bring the business knowledge. We turn it into a clear scope, design and working product, with review points along the way. You can try the main flows before launch and give feedback while changes are still easy to make.

We agree on who supplies content, who approves decisions and how feedback is collected. You do not need to manage developers or translate your idea into technical specifications.

How do you set the timeline?

We set milestones around the actual scope, content, integrations and approvals. You get a delivery plan before development starts, including when you will see a working version and what we need from you.

If the deadline is fixed, we can shape a smaller launch around it. App review and third-party approvals are accounted for separately because their timing is outside our control.

How do you protect users and their data?

Security is part of the build scope. Depending on the app, that includes secure sign-in, server-side permission checks, protected credentials, validated inputs and controls against automated abuse. We decide what each user can access and keep sensitive information out of public pages and logs.

Payments, backups, monitoring and data retention are planned around the product. If your business needs a formal security review or specific compliance requirements, we scope those explicitly before development.

Will I own the product and accounts?

Ownership and handover are written into your agreement, including the custom code, design files and documentation covered by the project. We plan domain, hosting and developer accounts around your ownership and access.

Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. We explain those dependencies and ongoing costs, so you know what you control and what you are subscribing to.

Can you stay involved after launch?

Yes. We work with clients through monthly care and growth plans. Care focuses on keeping the product healthy: fixes, updates, monitoring and agreed improvements. Growth work focuses on bringing the right people in and helping more of them take the next step.

Your plan sets the priorities, capacity and communication rhythm. You know what we are working on and why, with larger features or campaigns scoped before they begin.
