Launch is not the finish line.

The site went live two years ago and nobody has touched it since.

Scope and quote on one call.

Traventury website

What you get.

Fixes without a new quote.

Agreed fixes and updates within your plan, with clear priorities and response expectations.

New work every month.

Not only patches. A new page, a new screen, a real change.

Apps kept in the store.

App care can cover compatibility updates, fixes and new releases.

Watched, and someone answers.

Uptime, forms and errors checked. You message a person, not a queue.

How it goes.

  1. Get the plan right.

We agree on the scope, timeline and price before the build starts.

  2. Make it real.

Review a working version. Try it, talk it through and shape the details.

  3. Launch with a next step.

Ship the product. Keep us involved for updates and care as it grows.

Send the details.

Tell us what you are building. We come back with scope and a number.

Before we work together.

Can you stay involved after launch?

Yes. We work with clients through monthly care and growth plans. Care focuses on keeping the product healthy: fixes, updates, monitoring and agreed improvements. Growth work focuses on bringing the right people in and helping more of them take the next step.

Your plan sets the priorities, capacity and communication rhythm. You know what we are working on and why, with larger features or campaigns scoped before they begin.

What is included in a monthly plan?

We shape the plan around the product and the work it needs. That can include maintenance, bug fixes, content changes, new pages, app releases, search work or improvements to the inquiry flow.

The agreement defines the monthly capacity, priorities and response expectations. Hosting, third-party fees, advertising spend and larger builds are called out separately. You get a clear scope rather than an open-ended promise to do everything.

How do you help increase leads over time?

We look at the whole path: how someone finds you, what convinces them, whether they complete the inquiry, and how your team follows up. That gives us a practical list of improvements, from stronger service pages to shorter forms and better routing.

On a growth plan, we agree on tracking and review lead quality with you. The next round of work follows that evidence, rather than publishing more pages just to fill a report.

How will we know the work is paying off?

We agree on the actions that matter to your business, such as qualified inquiries, booked calls, purchases or active app users. Where the tools allow, we connect those actions to their traffic sources and establish a starting point.

Reports should explain what changed, what we learned and what to do next. Revenue attribution depends on your systems and follow-up, so we are clear about what the data can and cannot show.

How do you protect users and their data?

Security is part of the build scope. Depending on the app, that includes secure sign-in, server-side permission checks, protected credentials, validated inputs and controls against automated abuse. We decide what each user can access and keep sensitive information out of public pages and logs.

Payments, backups, monitoring and data retention are planned around the product. If your business needs a formal security review or specific compliance requirements, we scope those explicitly before development.

Can you maintain a product another team built?

Often, after a technical review. We need to understand the code, hosting, integrations, account access and any unresolved problems before promising support.

We then separate urgent repairs from routine care and future improvements. If the foundation needs substantial work, you get that assessment before entering a monthly plan.

Do I have to sign up for a retainer?

No. We discuss ongoing support as a separate decision. You may want a defined build and handover, a monthly care plan, or a longer growth partnership.

We explain what needs attention after launch and which costs continue either way. If we keep working together, the agreement makes the term, notice period and handover clear.

Will I own the product and accounts?

Ownership and handover are written into your agreement, including the custom code, design files and documentation covered by the project. We plan domain, hosting and developer accounts around your ownership and access.

Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. We explain those dependencies and ongoing costs, so you know what you control and what you are subscribing to.
