Before we work together.
What makes this more than an AI prototype?
A prototype can show the idea. A usable product also needs reliable accounts, permissions, data handling, payments where relevant, and thoughtful empty, error and recovery states.
We design and test those flows, review the code and prepare the product for launch. AI can help with the work, but it does not replace the responsibility to make the finished product behave properly.
What fields have you worked in?
Our work spans real estate, luxury rentals and travel, home services, nutrition, and journaling. That includes customer-facing websites, booking marketplaces, mobile apps, and the tools behind them.
We bring that experience into your project, then learn your sales process, customers and constraints. The result should fit your business, right down to what happens after someone gets in touch.
What goes into the cost of an app?
An app with a few screens is a different build from a marketplace with accounts, payments and an admin system. We work through the important flows with you, identify the technical work, and price a defined first release.
Your proposal covers deliverables, review points and payment milestones. It also separates ongoing costs such as hosting, AI usage and developer accounts, so you can plan beyond launch.
Can we start small and add features later?
Yes. We identify the one job the first release needs to do well, then separate launch requirements from later ideas. That keeps the initial scope easier to fund, test and improve.
We still plan the important data and permissions early. After launch, real customer feedback can guide the next features through a care plan or a separately scoped phase.
How do you protect users and their data?
Security is part of the build scope. Depending on the app, that includes secure sign-in, server-side permission checks, protected credentials, validated inputs and controls against automated abuse. We decide what each user can access and keep sensitive information out of public pages and logs.
Payments, backups, monitoring and data retention are planned around the product. If your business needs a formal security review or specific compliance requirements, we scope those explicitly before development.
What stops an AI feature from making mistakes?
We give it a defined job, approved sources and limits on what it can access or change. Important actions can require a person to confirm, and uncertain answers need a useful handoff.
We test failure cases, permissions and usage costs as well as the happy path. AI can still make mistakes, so the product needs a fallback and a way to review how it behaves after launch.
Will I own the product and accounts?
Ownership and handover are written into your agreement, including the custom code, design files and documentation covered by the project. We plan domain, hosting and developer accounts around your ownership and access.
Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. We explain those dependencies and ongoing costs, so you know what you control and what you are subscribing to.
How involved do I need to be?
You bring the business knowledge. We turn it into a clear scope, design and working product, with review points along the way. You can try the main flows before launch and give feedback while changes are still easy to make.
We agree on who supplies content, who approves decisions and how feedback is collected. You do not need to manage developers or translate your idea into technical specifications.
Do you handle the App Store launch?
We can prepare the release, listing materials and submission under your developer account as part of the agreed scope. We test the main flows and help respond to review feedback.
Store approval belongs to the platform, so it is not a guaranteed date. After release, a care plan can cover compatible builds, fixes and the next set of improvements.
Can you help people discover and keep using the app?
Yes. We can plan the marketing site, search content, store listing and onboarding around the people the app is for. SEO and GEO help the web presence; app-store discovery and in-app retention need their own work.
An ongoing plan can improve the steps from first visit to signup, first useful action and repeat use. We choose the measures and release priorities with you, rather than treating downloads alone as success.
Can you stay involved after launch?
Yes. We work with clients through monthly care and growth plans. Care focuses on keeping the product healthy: fixes, updates, monitoring and agreed improvements. Growth work focuses on bringing the right people in and helping more of them take the next step.
Your plan sets the priorities, capacity and communication rhythm. You know what we are working on and why, with larger features or campaigns scoped before they begin.
