An agent that answers for you.

The same five questions arrive all day, and somebody has to answer.

Scope and quote on one call.

What you get.

The one on this page.

It reads what you type, asks one useful question, and routes you.

Answers the questions you repeat.

Built on your services, your hours, and your own real answers.

Qualifies, then hands off.

It asks what you would ask, then passes the person to you.

It still works when AI fails.

Ours falls back to a keyword router, so a visitor always gets a reply.

How it goes.

  1. Get the plan right.

We agree on the scope, timeline and price before the build starts.

  2. Make it real.

Review a working version. Try it, talk it through and shape the details.

  3. Launch with a next step.

Ship the product. Keep us involved for updates and care as it grows.

Send the details.

Tell us what you are building. We come back with scope and a number.

Before we work together.

What will the AI know about our business?

We start with information you approve: services, product details, policies and the questions your team answers repeatedly. The agent needs clear boundaries around both its sources and its actions.

If it cannot answer reliably, it should ask a useful question or pass the conversation to a person. An ongoing plan can keep that information current and review where the agent needs improvement.

What stops an AI feature from making mistakes?

We give it a defined job, approved sources and limits on what it can access or change. Important actions can require a person to confirm, and uncertain answers need a useful handoff.

We test failure cases, permissions and usage costs as well as the happy path. AI can still make mistakes, so the product needs a fallback and a way to review how it behaves after launch.

How do you protect users and their data?

Security is part of the build scope. Depending on the app, that includes secure sign-in, server-side permission checks, protected credentials, validated inputs and controls against automated abuse. We decide what each user can access and keep sensitive information out of public pages and logs.

Payments, backups, monitoring and data retention are planned around the product. If your business needs a formal security review or specific compliance requirements, we scope those explicitly before development.

Will it connect to the tools we use?

We check the actual integration before including it in your quote. That means reviewing account access, available APIs, data fields and any fees or limits from your provider.

The goal is to put inquiries, bookings or customer records where your team already works. We also plan what should happen if a connection fails, so a missed sync does not quietly become a missed lead.

How is a custom build priced?

We price the work around the users, workflows, data and integrations involved. We first define the version that will be useful to your business, then agree on deliverables, milestones and review rounds.

The proposal separates build costs from hosting, software subscriptions and ongoing support. Larger ideas can become later phases, so you can make a deliberate investment instead of funding every possible feature upfront.

How will we know the work is paying off?

We agree on the actions that matter to your business, such as qualified inquiries, booked calls, purchases or active app users. Where the tools allow, we connect those actions to their traffic sources and establish a starting point.

Reports should explain what changed, what we learned and what to do next. Revenue attribution depends on your systems and follow-up, so we are clear about what the data can and cannot show.

Can you stay involved after launch?

Yes. We work with clients through monthly care and growth plans. Care focuses on keeping the product healthy: fixes, updates, monitoring and agreed improvements. Growth work focuses on bringing the right people in and helping more of them take the next step.

Your plan sets the priorities, capacity and communication rhythm. You know what we are working on and why, with larger features or campaigns scoped before they begin.
