A CRM built around your team.
Your people work one way. The CRM you pay for works another.
Scope and quote on one call.
Relevant work.
Client projects and products we build and run.
What you get.
Your pipeline, your stages.
Built on how a deal actually moves through your business. Not a template.
A screen for each role.
Sales, dispatch, the owner. Each person sees their work and nothing else.
The follow-ups your team forgets.
Reminders, hand-offs and status changes happen on their own.
Connected to what you already use.
Calls, email, invoicing and your website forms. One record per customer.
Yours, on your own account.
Your data, your hosting, no per-seat licence climbing every year.
How it goes.
Get the plan right.
We agree on the scope, timeline and price before the build starts.
Make it real.
Review a working version. Try it, talk it through and shape the details.
Launch with a next step.
Ship the product. Keep us involved for updates and care as it grows.
Send the details.
Tell us what you are building. We come back with scope and a number.

Before we work together.
Can you improve what we already have?
Yes, when the existing foundation is worth keeping. We review the site or code, account access, integrations and the problems you want solved before recommending a rebuild.
Sometimes the right project is a better inquiry flow, new service pages or a focused redesign. If replacing the system makes more sense, we explain why and plan the move around your live business.
Will it connect to the tools we use?
We check the actual integration before including it in your quote. That means reviewing account access, available APIs, data fields and any fees or limits from your provider.
The goal is to put inquiries, bookings or customer records where your team already works. We also plan what should happen if a connection fails, so a missed sync does not quietly become a missed lead.
How do you protect users and their data?
Security is part of the build scope. Depending on the app, that includes secure sign-in, server-side permission checks, protected credentials, validated inputs and controls against automated abuse. We decide what each user can access and keep sensitive information out of public pages and logs.
Payments, backups, monitoring and data retention are planned around the product. If your business needs a formal security review or specific compliance requirements, we scope those explicitly before development.
Will our team be able to use it?
We involve the people doing the work when defining the screens and workflows. Familiar language, clear permissions and a short route through common tasks matter more than a long feature list.
The handover can include walkthroughs and documentation for the jobs your team needs to do. We agree on training and support before launch, rather than assuming everyone will work it out alone.
Can we start small and add features later?
Yes. We identify the one job the first release needs to do well, then separate launch requirements from later ideas. That keeps the initial scope easier to fund, test and improve.
We still plan the important data and permissions early. After launch, real customer feedback can guide the next features through a care plan or a separately scoped phase.
How is a custom build priced?
We price the work around the users, workflows, data and integrations involved. We first define the version that will be useful to your business, then agree on deliverables, milestones and review rounds.
The proposal separates build costs from hosting, software subscriptions and ongoing support. Larger ideas can become later phases, so you can make a deliberate investment instead of funding every possible feature upfront.
Will I own the product and accounts?
Ownership and handover are written into your agreement, including the custom code, design files and documentation covered by the project. We plan domain, hosting and developer accounts around your ownership and access.
Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. We explain those dependencies and ongoing costs, so you know what you control and what you are subscribing to.
Can you stay involved after launch?
Yes. We work with clients through monthly care and growth plans. Care focuses on keeping the product healthy: fixes, updates, monitoring and agreed improvements. Growth work focuses on bringing the right people in and helping more of them take the next step.
Your plan sets the priorities, capacity and communication rhythm. You know what we are working on and why, with larger features or campaigns scoped before they begin.
