What this is
This is the website of Studio Eight LLC, a product studio in Miami. These terms cover the site itself. Your project is covered by its own agreement.
Nothing here is an offer
The pages describe the kind of work we do. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a price. Scope, cost and timing come from a written proposal after a call.
Your project agreement controls
Scope, ownership, payment and support are set out in the project agreement you sign. If this site and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.
What we show
Client work is shown with permission from the client. Unfinished concepts are not published. Client names, logos and screens belong to those clients.
What is ours
The site, its design, its words and our own products belong to Studio Eight. Do not copy the site, scrape it, or try to break it.

The site as it is
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can. We do not guarantee that every page is complete or up to date. Links out go to sites we do not control.
Changes
We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top says when that last happened.
