Before we work together.
How do you help increase leads over time?
We look at the whole path: how someone finds you, what convinces them, whether they complete the inquiry, and how your team follows up. That gives us a practical list of improvements, from stronger service pages to shorter forms and better routing.
On a growth plan, we agree on tracking and review lead quality with you. The next round of work follows that evidence, rather than publishing more pages just to fill a report.
How do you approach SEO?
We start with what customers search for and which services you want to sell. Then we work on crawlable pages, useful service content, titles, internal links, mobile performance and accurate business information. Location pages need real local detail, not just a different town name.
Ongoing SEO adds research, content and improvements based on search and inquiry data. We agree which foundations belong in the build and which work continues on a monthly plan.
Can you help us appear in AI searches?
GEO means improving how clearly AI search tools can find, understand and reference your business. We focus on accessible content, direct answers, consistent business details and structured data that matches the page.
We build on sound SEO rather than promising a special shortcut. Google, ChatGPT and other platforms choose their own sources. A citation or ranking cannot be guaranteed, but we can improve the material they have to work with.
How will we know the work is paying off?
We agree on the actions that matter to your business, such as qualified inquiries, booked calls, purchases or active app users. Where the tools allow, we connect those actions to their traffic sources and establish a starting point.
Reports should explain what changed, what we learned and what to do next. Revenue attribution depends on your systems and follow-up, so we are clear about what the data can and cannot show.
Do you guarantee rankings or a lead count?
No. Search competition, your offer, traffic, budget and follow-up all affect the result. We make commitments about the work, deliverables and reporting we control.
We can set a baseline, choose meaningful targets and improve the site against them. Early fixes may help quickly; building search visibility usually takes sustained work. You should know what is being tested and how progress will be judged.
Can you help with ads as well?
We can scope landing pages and creative around the campaign, then connect them to the actions you want visitors to take. The message after the click should match the offer in the ad.
Media buying, account management and advertising spend are separate from a website or care plan unless explicitly included. We check who owns each part so there is a clear path from campaign to inquiry.
What is included in a monthly plan?
We shape the plan around the product and the work it needs. That can include maintenance, bug fixes, content changes, new pages, app releases, search work or improvements to the inquiry flow.
The agreement defines the monthly capacity, priorities and response expectations. Hosting, third-party fees, advertising spend and larger builds are called out separately. You get a clear scope rather than an open-ended promise to do everything.
Can you improve what we already have?
Yes, when the existing foundation is worth keeping. We review the site or code, account access, integrations and the problems you want solved before recommending a rebuild.
Sometimes the right project is a better inquiry flow, new service pages or a focused redesign. If replacing the system makes more sense, we explain why and plan the move around your live business.
