Before we work together.
Do you work with businesses in Phoenix?
Yes. Studio Eight is based in Miami and works with Phoenix, Arizona businesses entirely online. Calls, shared previews and written feedback keep the project moving, in your time zone.
You see a working CRM early and shape it as it is built. Nothing about the process needs us in the same room.
Can you train a team in Phoenix remotely?
Yes. Training happens on screen-share calls with the people who will use the CRM every day, and we record the sessions so new hires can watch them later. Each role gets a short written guide for its own screens.
We stay reachable after handover for questions and agreed fixes, scoped and quoted like the build.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Studio Eight is based in Miami and works entirely online. We use calls, shared previews and written feedback, so you can review the product wherever your business is based.
We agree on the decision-makers, communication rhythm and review points up front. You work directly with the people responsible for the design and build.
Can you improve what we already have?
Yes, when the existing foundation is worth keeping. We review the site or code, account access, integrations and the problems you want solved before recommending a rebuild.
Sometimes the right project is a better inquiry flow, new service pages or a focused redesign. If replacing the system makes more sense, we explain why and plan the move around your live business.
Will it connect to the tools we use?
We check the actual integration before including it in your quote. That means reviewing account access, available APIs, data fields and any fees or limits from your provider.
The goal is to put inquiries, bookings or customer records where your team already works. We also plan what should happen if a connection fails, so a missed sync does not quietly become a missed lead.
How do you protect users and their data?
Security is part of the build scope. Depending on the app, that includes secure sign-in, server-side permission checks, protected credentials, validated inputs and controls against automated abuse. We decide what each user can access and keep sensitive information out of public pages and logs.
Payments, backups, monitoring and data retention are planned around the product. If your business needs a formal security review or specific compliance requirements, we scope those explicitly before development.
Will our team be able to use it?
We involve the people doing the work when defining the screens and workflows. Familiar language, clear permissions and a short route through common tasks matter more than a long feature list.
The handover can include walkthroughs and documentation for the jobs your team needs to do. We agree on training and support before launch, rather than assuming everyone will work it out alone.
Can we start small and add features later?
Yes. We identify the one job the first release needs to do well, then separate launch requirements from later ideas. That keeps the initial scope easier to fund, test and improve.
We still plan the important data and permissions early. After launch, real customer feedback can guide the next features through a separately scoped and quoted phase.
How is a custom build priced?
We price the work around the users, workflows, data and integrations involved. We first define the version that will be useful to your business, then agree on deliverables, milestones and review rounds.
The proposal separates the build from hosting and software subscriptions. Support after launch is quoted as its own piece of work. Larger ideas can become later phases, so you can make a deliberate investment instead of funding every possible feature upfront.
Will I own the product and accounts?
Ownership and handover are written into your agreement, including the custom code, design files and documentation covered by the project. We plan domain, hosting and developer accounts around your ownership and access.
Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. We explain those dependencies and ongoing costs, so you know what you control and what you are subscribing to.
Can you stay involved after launch?
Yes. After launch, further work is scoped and quoted when you need it: fixes, updates, new pages, app releases or growth work. Each round has a written scope, a deposit to start and the balance before it ships.
You know what we are working on and why. Nothing recurs on its own and there is no standing charge between rounds. Larger features or campaigns are scoped before they begin.
